Digital data (your name, e-mail address and telephone number) are securely held by the Chairman, with back up copies held by the Membership Secretary and the Treasurer.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires the Group to identify a Data Controller who determines the needs and means for processing personal data (in any format) and a Data Processor who processes data on behalf of the Data Controller.
